How to download PDF orders for MeshX.

Every MeshX order needs two files: a packing slip and a postage label. This guide shows you how to generate them on Etsy, eBay and TikTok Shop, and drop them into Upload Orders for automated fulfilment.

Drop both PDFs into MeshX Create → Upload Orders

Our system validates every SKU. If a file is unreadable or a SKU can't be matched, you'll see it flagged before you pay.

Pay via Stripe. We print and dispatch within 2–3 working days.

Tracking is attached to each order. You're done — buyers receive directly from MeshX.

Rule 01Filename convention

Name every file the same way

Use exactly this format for every PDF you upload — this is how MeshX groups your pack and post files together.

Why it matters

MeshX matches packing slips to postage labels by filename. If the Pack and Post versions don't share the date, order count and customer number, our system may process them as separate batches — which slows everything down and can cause duplicate prints.

Rule 02One-off setup

Preset your postage defaults

Save yourself 20 clicks per batch. Every marketplace lets you preset a default postage service so it auto-applies to incoming orders — you only override when something unusual arrives.

UK default — single-garment orders

Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Large Letter
Weight: Up to 750 g
Max dimensions: 35.3 × 25 × 2.5 cm (so use a 30 × 20 × 2 cm packet)
Cost via Etsy / eBay: Approx £2.85 (buyer pays this as postage; comes out of your marketplace balance)

UK override — multi-garment orders

Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Small Parcel
Weight: Up to 2 kg
Max dimensions: 45 × 35 × 16 cm (so use a 40 × 30 × 16 cm packet)

Workflow

Set RM Tracked 48 Large Letter as your default in Etsy postage profiles and eBay business policies. Each time you print labels, glance at the orders — any with more than one item, override to Small Parcel before buying. TikTok Shop handles postage internally; no preset needed.

Alternative

You can link your Etsy and eBay shops to Royal Mail Click & Drop instead, and pay for labels separately (not out of marketplace balance). Cheaper per label but you'll need to manage the billing. Most UK MeshX sellers use marketplace postage for simplicity.

Rule 03Two files per batch

Every batch needs a pack file and a post file

MeshX needs both documents for every batch you upload — the packing input (what's in the parcel) and the postage input (where it's going).

Don't skip

Upload Orders will not let you proceed if a batch is missing its pack or post file. If our system flags an issue, fix it and re-upload — you won't be charged until every order validates and you confirm payment via Stripe.

Same date / same order count / same customer number across the pair
Every SKU on the packing slip is a valid MeshX SKU (MT-*, KT-*, TB-*)
Delivery addresses are clearly visible and complete on the postage labels
No Etsy/eBay orders with unusually heavy items (which need the Small Parcel override)

When everything's ticked, head to MeshX Create → Upload Orders, drag in the two PDFs, wait for the validation green-light, and pay via Stripe. Your orders will print and dispatch within 2–3 working days.
