Download PDF orders from TikTok Shop.

Print the A6 packing list and generate the TikTok shipping label from Manage orders → To ship, then drop both into MeshX Upload Orders.

Step 01Open ordersTikTok Shop

Seller Center → Orders → Manage orders

  1. Log into TikTok Shop Seller Center.
  2. In the left sidebar click Orders, then Manage orders.
Step 02Filter To shipTikTok Shop

Select orders on the "To ship" tab

  1. Click the To ship tab (shows a number badge for the count of unshipped orders).
  2. Optionally filter by Awaiting packing / No label to avoid reprocessing orders that already have labels.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to each order you want to fulfil (or the master checkbox to select all on the page).
  4. Confirm the green banner reads "N order(s) on this page is selected".
Tip
TikTok shows the Order ID prominently (e.g. 576887434732083385). This is what buyers see — don't confuse it with the Product ID used for the MeshX Listing Bot.
Step 03Print documentsTikTok Shop

More actions → Print documents

  1. On any selected order row, click More actions ▾.
  2. Choose Print documents.
  3. A Print document dialog opens with format options.

Step 05Save Pack as PDFTikTok Shop

Save the packing list PDF

  1. TikTok generates a multi-page A6 PDF — one packing list per order.
  2. Save it using the MeshX filename convention:

FilenameDD.MM.YY - N_Orders Pack - Customer_Number.pdf

Each A6 page should include the Order ID, buyer delivery details, product name, SKU, size and colour variation, and quantity.

Step 06Create labelTikTok Shop

Create the shipping label (TikTok internal)

TikTok Shop uses its own internal postage system — you don't buy a Royal Mail label yourself. You just generate the shipping label and TikTok handles the rest.

  1. On the order row, click the teal Create label button.
  2. TikTok generates the shipping label (usually Shipped via platform — Royal Mail 4PL for UK orders).
  3. A new tab opens with the label PDF.
Why it's different
Unlike Etsy and eBay where you buy postage from your balance, TikTok handles postage via its shipping template. You don't pick a carrier — the platform assigns one based on the shipping template you set up when you created the listing (parcel weight 200g, dimensions 2 × 20 × 29 cm).
Step 07Save Post as PDFTikTok Shop

Save the shipping label PDF

  1. Download the label PDF from the Create label screen.
  2. Save using the MeshX convention — matching date, count and customer number to your Pack file:

If you created labels one at a time, combine them into a single PDF before uploading — MeshX expects one Post PDF per batch.

Step 08Upload to MeshXTikTok Shop

Drop both PDFs into MeshX Upload Orders

  1. Open MeshX Create → Upload Orders.
  2. Drag in both the Pack and Post PDFs for the same batch.
  3. Wait for SKU validation.
  4. Pay via Stripe. Orders print and dispatch within 2–3 working days.
  • A6 packing list with SKU visible on every page
  • Shipping label PDF has one label per order
  • Filenames match: same DD.MM.YY, same N_Orders, same Customer_Number
  • All orders have Shipped via platform status before export
