⚠Don't buy postage labels until you receive the “labels needed” email.

That email arrives the moment a Print Network printer claims your order. It lists exactly which labels you need — buy only those, no extras. Buying labels before your order is claimed parks the upload here unmatched, and if your marketplace auto-marks the order shipped (Etsy does this the moment you buy postage), the order disappears from our system and your printer cannot fulfil it.

Tip: If you bought labels through Etsy, the cost comes off your shop balance — no out-of-pocket. Click & Drop and Evri labels are paid up-front and reimbursed via your invoice.
