List Your Items
Push ready catalogue items to Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Connect your platforms, then list everything at once or drip-feed daily with the Listing Scheduler.
Step 2 — Connect your platforms
Each platform needs a one-time OAuth connection so MeshX can publish listings on your behalf. Read the setup instructions for each platform below before clicking Connect.
Etsy
OAuth live. Click Connect Etsy to authorise your shop. Commercial access approved (150 QPS / 100K calls per day across all MeshX users).
eBay
OAuth is live. Before listing: create Shipping, Payment, and Return policies in eBay Seller Hub → Business Policies, then paste the IDs into Platform Settings → eBay.
TikTok Shop
OAuth is live. Requires a TikTok Shop Seller account and listing price/category set in Platform Settings before the List button works. App review pending for public sellers.
Amazon
CSV upload — no OAuth neededMeshX generates a flat-file CSV that you upload to Seller Central. Requires a one-time GTIN exemption and a Professional Selling Plan (£25/mo UK).

Etsy — what you need before connecting
- 1Click Connect Etsy above. You'll be taken to Etsy to authorise MeshX.
- 2After redirect back, you'll be prompted to pick your shipping profile and a default listing price from a dropdown — no need to copy IDs by hand.
- 3You're ready — list catalogue items individually or in bulk to Etsy.
eBay — what you need before connecting
- 1Go to eBay Business Policies (Seller Hub → Business Policies). Create a Shipping, Payment, and Returns policy if you haven't already. Copy the numeric ID from each one.
- 2In MeshX, open Catalogue → Platform Settings → eBay. Paste the three policy IDs, set your listing price and marketplace (eBay UK = EBAY_GB). Save.
- 3Click Connect eBay above. Authorise MeshX on eBay — you'll be redirected back here once connected.
TikTok Shop — what you need before connecting
- 1Make sure you have a TikTok Shop Seller account set up. This is separate from the Partner Center — it's your actual shop where products are sold.
- 2In MeshX, open Catalogue → Platform Settings → TikTok Shop. Set your listing price, market (UK), and optionally your category ID and warehouse ID. Save.
- 3Click Connect TikTok Shop above. You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorise MeshX — approve it with your Seller account and you'll be connected.
- ℹNote: TikTok Shop app review is pending. OAuth works for development shops now. Full public access activates once TikTok approves the app — typically a few weeks.
Amazon — CSV upload & order processing
Before exporting your first CSV:
- 1Get a Professional Selling Plan on Amazon Seller Central (£25/mo UK). Individual plans cannot upload flat-file CSVs.
- 2Apply for a GTIN exemption in Seller Central → Catalog → Add Products → GTIN exemption. Category: Clothing. Brand: Generic. Upload real product photos (not mockups). Takes a few days.
- 3In Catalogue → Platform Settings → Amazon, set your price, product type, brand, department, and material. Save.
- 4Select your ready items above, click Export Amazon CSV. A TSV file downloads — upload it to Seller Central → Catalog → Add Products via Upload. Processing takes ~30 min.
⚠ Amazon orders — manual fulfilment required
Unlike Etsy, eBay, and TikTok Shop, Amazon does not push orders to MeshX automatically. You must check Seller Central for new orders and process them manually using the steps below.
When an Amazon order arrives:
- 1Log into Seller Central → Orders → Manage Orders. New orders appear here — Amazon requires dispatch confirmation within 2 business days.
- 2Send the order to your print partner. Once produced, the item is ready to ship. Note the shipping address from the order details.
- 3Buy a postage label on Royal Mail Click & Drop ↗ — enter the buyer's Amazon address, select service (e.g. Tracked 48), pay, and print the label.
- 4Apply the label and drop off at Royal Mail. Then return to Seller Central → confirm dispatch — enter the tracking number so Amazon can close the order and release payment.
Step 3 — Choose where to list
This applies to all actions below — listing all items, selected items, and the Scheduler.
Select at least one platform or Amazon CSV to enable listing actions.
How listing works
- Set your shipping profile + per-tier prices once in Catalogue → Platform Settings. Every Etsy / eBay / TikTok listing uses those defaults.
- Tick the platforms above (Etsy / eBay / TikTok / Amazon CSV).
- Click List All Now to push every ready item to all ticked platforms (3 listings per platform run in parallel), OR tick individual items below and use the per-platform buttons in the bulk action bar.

Listing Scheduler
List a set number of items per day. Etsy and other platforms reward shops that list regularly — drip-feeding signals an active, healthy store. A shop listing 10 items over 10 days outperforms one that lists 100 in a burst then goes quiet.

Saving a schedule records your preferences. The automated daily push activates once OAuth connections are live. Until then, use the queue above to push items manually. Run the listing_connections_and_lifecycle.sql migration in Supabase before saving schedules.
