Download PDF orders from Etsy.

Print all new Etsy orders as a single receipt PDF, buy Royal Mail postage labels from your Etsy balance, then drop both into MeshX Upload Orders.

Step 01Open OrdersEtsy

Go to Shop Manager → Orders and select every new order

  1. Log into Etsy and open Shop Manager.
  2. Click Orders in the left sidebar.
  3. At the top of the Orders list, click the checkbox ▾ dropdown and choose Select all on page.
  4. Confirm the counter now shows the number of orders selected (e.g. ✓ 26).
Tip
If you have more than one page of new orders, handle each page as its own batch — one Pack + one Post PDF per page. Filenames should reflect the actual order count in each batch.

Click More actions → Print Order(s)

  1. With your orders selected, click More actions ▾ next to the counter.
  2. Choose Print Order(s).
  3. A dialog titled "You're about to print N order(s)" opens.

Use these exact print settings

This is the Pack input MeshX reads. The settings must match exactly — if you tick the wrong options, our system may not be able to extract SKUs or buyer addresses.

Step 04Save as PDFEtsy

Save the Pack file as a PDF

  1. Etsy opens a print preview showing every order receipt (one per page).
  2. In the top-right toolbar, click the Download ↓ icon (or use your browser's Print → Save as PDF).
  3. In the save dialog, name the file using the MeshX convention:

FilenameDD.MM.YY - N_Orders Pack - Customer_Number.pdf

Example for 26 orders on 24 March 2026, customer 00412:

Check
Before closing the preview, flick through the pages: every receipt should show the SKU (e.g. MT-AA550c-BLACK-L), Garment & Size, Colour, delivery address and tracking placeholder. If SKUs are missing from any receipt, check that listing's variations.
Step 05Buy postage labelsEtsy

Buy Royal Mail postage labels from Etsy

With the same orders still selected, click Get postage labels at the top of the Orders list.

  1. Etsy shows a postage summary for every selected order.
  2. If you've saved a default in Settings, every order will auto-apply Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Large Letter, 750g, 30 × 20 × 2 cm. Scan the list and confirm.
  3. For any multi-item orders, click into that row and change to Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Small Parcel, 2kg, 40 × 30 × 16 cm.
  4. Confirm the total cost (roughly £2.85 per single-tee order). Postage comes out of your Etsy shop balance — no card charge.
  5. Click Purchase labels.
One-off setup
Shop Manager → Settings → Postage settings → Postage profiles. Create a profile using RM Tracked 48 Large Letter and set it as the default on every listing. After that, you only override for multi-item orders.
Step 06Save Post as PDFEtsy

Download the postage labels PDF

  1. After purchase, Etsy presents a combined label PDF.
  2. Download it and save using the MeshX convention:

The date, order count and customer number must match your Pack file exactly.

Step 07Upload to MeshXEtsy

Drop both PDFs into MeshX Upload Orders

  1. Open MeshX Create → Upload Orders.
  2. Drag in both PDFs — Pack and Post — for the same batch.
  3. Wait for our system to validate every SKU and address.
  4. Pay via Stripe. Orders print and dispatch within 2–3 working days.
  • Pack PDF includes order receipts with SKUs visible
  • Post PDF contains a Royal Mail label for every order
  • Filenames match: same DD.MM.YY, same N_Orders, same Customer_Number
  • Multi-item orders have been overridden to Small Parcel
