Your earnings per order
Your net is fixed at the point of onboarding. The fulfilment price the Create user pays is split automatically by Stripe — your earnings land in your Stripe account. You never handle a processing fee.
Surplus orders
When order volume exceeds routed capacity, MeshX sends a push notification. You can claim surplus orders for a small processing fee. Higher-tier printers get first access to the surplus queue.

Do I need a Print Network subscription to use MeshX Create?
No. MeshX Create and the Print Network are separate products. Your Create subscription gives you full access to the design tools, library, mockups, and catalogue. Print Network access is available to all paid Create tiers, but you are not required to use it.
Is there an extra charge per order on top of my Create subscription?
No. The fulfilment prices in the table above are what you pay when an order ships — this is your production cost, not an additional subscription fee. Your Create subscription covers the software; fulfilment is charged separately per order.
Why do Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Amazon hold my money?
All major marketplaces hold funds for new sellers, typically for 4–6 weeks, while they establish your account track record. This is a marketplace policy, not a MeshX policy. You should have funds available to cover your fulfilment costs during this initial period.
How should I price my products?
MeshX shows your fulfilment cost per item. It is your responsibility to set a retail price that covers marketplace fees (typically 10–15% of your sale price) and generates your desired profit. As a general guide, most successful sellers price at 2.5–3× their fulfilment cost.
Am I responsible for copyright on AI-generated designs?
Yes. AI systems can occasionally produce images that resemble trademarked or copyrighted material without you realising. You are responsible for reviewing every design before listing it for sale. MeshX cannot review designs for intellectual property compliance.
What is the Print Network £349 setup fee for?
The one-time £349 fee covers your onboarding as a fulfilment partner: reviewing your production capabilities, connecting your Stripe account, and activating your account on the MeshX routing system. Print Network intake is controlled — we open slots as demand grows.
