Data processing addendum

MeshX Software Ltd (“MeshX”) provides software services to business and individual customers. Depending on how you use MeshX and applicable law, you may act as a controller of personal data (for example your end-customers’ order or delivery details processed through Print Network), and MeshX may act as a processor for those processing activities.
For personal data for which MeshX determines purposes and means (for example account registration on meshx.uk), MeshX acts as controller, as described in our Privacy policy.
Processor commitments (summary)
Where MeshX processes personal data on your instructions as a processor, we commit (subject to the executed DPA) to:
- Process personal data only on documented instructions from you, unless required by law.
- Ensure personnel are bound by confidentiality and access personal data only as needed to provide the services.
- Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures as described in our Security overview.
- Engage subprocessors in accordance with the DPA and our published Subprocessor list, with notification or objection rights as stated in the DPA.
- Assist you, insofar as possible, with responding to data subject requests and with DPIAs where applicable.
- Delete or return personal data at the end of the services as set out in the DPA, subject to legal retention.
- Make available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and allow audits as described in the DPA.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement) with subprocessors and in the DPA, as applicable.
Request the DPA
Business customers, enterprise accounts, and partners requiring a signed DPA should email privacy@meshx.uk with your company name, billing address, and intended use of MeshX. We will send the current DPA template for signature.
