Cookie policy

Last updated: 3 April 2026

This policy explains how MeshX Software Ltd (“MeshX”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on meshx.uk and the MeshX application (together, the “sites”).

For how we process personal data more broadly, see our Privacy policy. Questions: privacy@meshx.uk.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They help the sites function, remember preferences, and (where you consent) understand usage.

How we use cookies

  • Strictly necessary. Required to run the sites — for example session and authentication tokens (including those used by Supabase Auth), security and load-balancing cookies from our hosting provider, and preferences such as cookie consent choices. These are used based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure service.
  • Functional. Remember settings (for example UI preferences) to improve your experience.
  • Analytics (optional). If we enable analytics or marketing pixels, we will only set non-essential cookies where permitted and, where required, after your consent via a banner or control. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies or using the consent tool if provided.

Third-party cookies

Some subprocessors (for example authentication, payments, or embedded content) may set their own cookies when you use those features. Their use is governed by their respective policies; see our Subprocessor list.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or core features from working. For more information, see www.aboutcookies.org or your browser’s help pages.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
