List Your Items.

Connect your marketplace accounts

Open Create → Publish → List Your Items. The page shows connection status for each platform:

• Etsy — OAuth connection. Click "Connect Etsy" and authorise MeshX in the Etsy popup.
• eBay — OAuth connection. Same flow.
• TikTok Shop — OAuth connection. Same flow.
• Amazon — no direct connection. Uses CSV export instead.

Each connected platform shows the shop name and a green "Connected" badge. Connect at least one before listing.

Set Etsy defaults (one-off)

Before your first Etsy push, MeshX prompts you for Etsy defaults — these apply to every listing unless you override them per-item:

• Shop section
• Return / shipping profile
• Production partner (if you fulfil through one)
• Quantity, processing time, who-made / what-is-it / when-made answers

You can re-open the Etsy Defaults modal any time from the top of the List Your Items page.

List individual items

1. Your catalogue items appear in a table showing: design image, title, tag count, SKU count, status.
2. Select one or more items using the checkboxes.
3. Choose a platform from the action buttons: List on Etsy, List on eBay, List on TikTok.
4. MeshX pushes the item (title, tags, description, images, variations, prices) directly to the marketplace via the official API.
5. On success, you'll see the listing URL and ID. The item status changes to Listed.

Combined 91-variation listings (Etsy)

For T-shirt designs, MeshX can build one Etsy listing covering 91 variation cells across three garment families — so a customer can pick adult sizes, kids sizes, or a tote bag from the same product page.

To opt in, set the catalogue item's garment type to "Adult Tee + Kids Tee + Tote (one combined listing)" when you build the catalogue entry. The List Your Items push will then send a single combined Etsy listing instead of three separate ones.

Amazon TSV export

Amazon doesn't have a direct API push. Instead:

1. Select your catalogue items.
2. Click Export Amazon CSV.
3. A .tsv file downloads (tab-separated values, Amazon flat-file format).
4. Upload this file to Amazon Seller Central → Add Products via Upload.

TikTok Shop bulk upload

For high-volume TikTok listing, use TikTok Bulk in Shop Manager. This generates a TikTok Shop bulk-upload .xlsx file from your Mockup Processor batch:

1. Pick your batch CSV from the Mockup Processor output.
2. Upload the blank TikTok template (.xlsx) downloaded from TikTok Seller Center.
3. Select designs, mark each as Adult or Kids, fill in title, description, price, brand, and choose mockup images.
4. Use MeshX Mind to auto-generate titles and descriptions in bulk (optional but recommended).
5. Click Generate — MeshX uploads your mockup images and builds the completed .xlsx.
6. Upload the downloaded file to TikTok Seller Center → Products → Batch Tools → Import Products.

Bulk CSV API (Staff / Inner Circle)

For high-volume sellers, the Bulk CSV API lists many designs to Etsy, eBay, or TikTok in one batch via official marketplace APIs — no browser automation needed. Paste a CSV (from Mockup Processor or Bundle Studio), set prices and defaults, and each row is listed sequentially. This is also the path that produces the 91-variation combined listings at scale.

Listing limits

Listings count against your monthly plan limit. Check the Usage Tracker on the Dashboard to see how many you have left this month.
