Upload Ready Designs.

When to use this

If you've created designs outside of MeshX (Photoshop, Canva, another AI tool), Upload Ready Designs lets you import them so they flow through the same Mockup → Catalogue → Listing pipeline as AI-generated designs.

Filename rules

MeshX uses the filename (minus extension) as the design's title. This matters because the title feeds into your catalogue and marketplace listings.

• Max 72 characters in the filename (system appends " T-Shirt" = 80 total).
• Use descriptive keywords — aim for 3–8 words describing what it is, who it's for, why someone would buy it.
• Avoid generic names like IMG_001.png, untitled.png, screenshot.png — the system flags these with warnings.
• Short filenames (<20 chars) get a "too few keywords" warning.

How to upload

1. Click Upload Ready Designs in the sidebar.
2. Drag and drop your PNG files onto the upload area, or click to browse.
3. The system validates each file: checks dimensions (max 2000×3000), file size (max 5 MB), and filename quality.
4. Files with issues show coloured badges: green = good, yellow = warning (fixable), red = error (must fix).
5. Fix any red errors (usually filename too long), then click Upload.
6. Designs appear in your Library immediately.
