Upload Orders.

How it works

Upload Orders is the fulfilment entry point for MeshX Create users. The flow:

1. Save a payment method — add a card via Stripe (one-time setup). Upload is disabled until a card is saved.
2. Drop two PDFs — a Packing slip PDF (Pack) and a Postage label PDF (Post).
3. Auto-validation — MeshX reads both PDFs and extracts: order numbers, buyer names, platforms, items (SKU, garment, colour, size, qty), and tracking numbers.
4. Review — a parsed orders table shows every detected order. Errors block submission; warnings are advisory.
5. Invoice preview — shows the batch total (line items × unit prices), order count, and total charge.
6. Submit — uploads both PDFs to storage and creates the orders. You're charged when a printer claims them.
7. Fulfilment — orders enter the Print Network. Printers claim, print, and dispatch within 2–3 working days.

Setting up payment

If no card is on file, a Card Setup Panel appears at the top. Enter your card details via the Stripe form. Once saved, you'll see a green badge showing the card brand and last 4 digits.

The two drop zones

As soon as both files are dropped, validation starts automatically.

Validation results

The system shows three sections:

• Errors (red) — blocking issues that must be fixed before submission. E.g. unrecognised SKU, missing buyer address.
• Warnings (amber) — non-blocking advisories. E.g. unusual quantity, price mismatch.
• Detected orders table — every order with: Order #, Platform, Customer, Items (qty × garment type colour size), Tracking, Matched ✓/✕.

Recent uploads

Below the upload form, a Your recent uploads table shows all previously submitted orders with their current status:

• Available — waiting for a printer to claim
• Claimed — a printer has picked it up
• Printing — in production
• Dispatched — shipped to the buyer
• Complete — delivered
