How to get TikTok Shop spreadsheet templates.

Open Manage Products in TikTok Shop Seller Centre

1. Log into TikTok Shop Seller Centre at seller-uk.tiktok.com.
2. In the left sidebar, click Products → Manage products.
3. You'll see the Manage products page with your product list (Live, Reviewing, Draft, etc.).

Click "Upload in bulk"

1. In the top-right area of the Manage products page, look for a dropdown menu (or a button with options).
2. Click it to reveal options including:
   • Upload in bulk
   • Sync products from other platforms
   • Bulk edit products
   • Bulk restock
   • Bulk edit product images
   • Bulk optimisation
   • Bulk manage size charts
3. Click Upload in bulk.
4. You'll be taken to the Manage products batch upload page with two steps: Step 1: Download template and Step 2: Upload spreadsheet.

Add the Adult T-shirts category

Under Step 1: Download template → Select a category:

1. Click the category search dropdown: "Enter product keywords or description to get suggestions".
2. Type t-shirt or menswear.
3. From the suggestions, select:
   Menswear & Underwear
   Menswear & Underwear → Men's Tops → T-shirts
4. It appears as a card in the category list with a thumbnail.

Add the Kids T-shirts category

You can add a second category to download both templates at once:

1. Click the category search dropdown again.
2. Type kids or boys.
3. From the suggestions, select:
   Kids' Fashion
   Kids' Fashion → Boys' Clothes → Tops
4. It appears as a second card below the Menswear category.

You should now see two category cards:

Brand

Casual Classics — select from the dropdown. If it's already saved from a previous listing, it may auto-populate.

Download

1. Confirm both categories are shown and the brand is set.
2. Click the orange Download 2 templates button.
3. TikTok generates and downloads a spreadsheet file (or two files) containing the template columns for both categories.
4. Save the file(s) somewhere memorable — e.g. TikTok Adult Tshirt Template.xlsx and TikTok Kids Tshirt Template.xlsx.

Uploading your spreadsheet (when ready)

Once you've exported your catalogue items from MeshX Create as a TikTok CSV:

1. Come back to this page (Products → Manage products → Upload in bulk).
2. Expand Step 2: Upload spreadsheet.
3. Upload your populated spreadsheet file.
4. TikTok validates the data and creates draft listings for review.
5. Review and publish.

What you've downloaded

Next steps

1. In MeshX Create, go to List Your Items.
2. Select your catalogue items and click Export TikTok CSV.
3. Paste the exported data into the correct TikTok template (Adult or Kids).
4. Upload to TikTok Seller Centre → Products → Manage products → Upload in bulk → Step 2.
