Where the CSV comes from

When you run a batch in Shop Manager → Mockup Processor, the final output includes a CSV file containing every product: title, description, mockup image paths, garment variants (colour × size), and suggested pricing.

This is the same CSV used by the Listing Bots for Etsy/eBay/TikTok — Storefront reads the same format, so there's no extra prep.

No CSV yet?

If you haven't used Mockup Processor, you can add products manually from Storefront → Listings → Add product. The import is a shortcut, not a requirement.

02Upload

Upload your CSV

Go to Storefront → Listings → Import and drop your CSV file (or click to browse). The importer reads the file and shows a preview table.

price	Retail price in GBP — editable after import
sku_prefix	Used to generate SKU codes (e.g. `MT-AA550c`)

03Preview

Review & edit before import

The preview table shows each product with a thumbnail, title, variant count, and price. Before importing you can:

Deselect products you don't want to import (checkbox per row)
Edit titles inline — click any title cell to rename
Adjust prices — click any price cell. Storefront prices don't need to match your marketplace prices
Bulk price adjustment — use the toolbar to add/subtract a fixed amount or percentage across all selected products

Images

Mockup images must be accessible from the paths in the CSV. If your mockups are stored locally (Shop Manager output folder), they'll be uploaded to MeshX storage during import — this can take a few minutes for large batches.

04Import

Run the import

Click Import selected. A progress bar shows upload status. Each product is created as a draft — not visible on your storefront until you publish it.

After import, you'll see a summary: "42 products imported as drafts. 3 skipped (no images)."

05Publish

Publish to your storefront

Go to Storefront → Listings to see all imported drafts. Review each one, then:

Publish individually — click the product, then Publish
Bulk publish — select multiple products with checkboxes, then Actions → Publish selected

Published products appear on your storefront immediately. You can unpublish at any time to hide a product without deleting it.

06Re-import

Importing again later

You can import additional CSVs at any time. The importer detects duplicates by SKU prefix — if a product already exists, you'll be asked whether to skip, update (overwrite title/price/images), or create duplicate.

Tip

Run Mockup Processor → export CSV → import into Storefront whenever you add new designs. It's the fastest way to keep your storefront catalogue in sync with your marketplace listings.
