Drive Integration.

Sell digital products through your storefront โ€” upload files to MeshX Drive, link them to listings, and deliver instantly on purchase.

Storefront

Storefront is included with Inner Circle and Enterprise plans (plus admin/staff) โ€” your own branded shop at yourname.shop.meshx.uk or a custom domain, with Stripe checkout and digital delivery built in. Open Storefront โ†’

01What it is

What is MeshX Drive?

MeshX Drive is built-in file hosting for digital products. Upload your files (design packs, templates, fonts, digital art, e-books โ€” anything downloadable), link them to a Storefront listing, and customers receive a secure download link immediately after payment.

No third-party file hosting needed. No manual email delivery. No expiring Google Drive links.

02Upload

Upload files to Drive

Go to Storefront โ†’ Drive. Drag and drop files or click to browse. You can upload:

  • Individual files โ€” PNG, JPEG, PDF, ZIP, AI, PSD, SVG, TTF, OTF, MP4, and more
  • ZIP bundles โ€” package multiple files into a single download
  • Folders โ€” drag a folder and MeshX automatically ZIPs it for delivery

Storage limits and max file sizes depend on your plan โ€” see meshx.uk for details.

Storage
Check your current usage at the top of the Drive page. If you need more space, consider the Delivery Node for large catalogues.
03Organise

Organise your files

Drive shows all uploaded files in a flat list with search and filters. Each file displays:

  • Filename and file type icon
  • Size
  • Linked product โ€” which Storefront listing (if any) delivers this file
  • Downloads โ€” total number of times customers have downloaded it
  • Uploaded date

Click a file to rename it, replace it (the download link stays the same), or delete it.

04Link

Link a file to a listing

Open any Storefront listing and switch the product type to Digital. A new Delivery file dropdown appears โ€” select the Drive file to deliver on purchase.

SettingDetails
Delivery fileChoose from your Drive files. One file per listing โ€” use a ZIP if you need to deliver multiple files.
Download limitMax downloads per purchase. Default: 3. Set to Unlimited if preferred.
Link expiryHow long the download link stays active. Default: 30 days. Options: 7 / 14 / 30 / 90 days / Never.
No variants
Digital products don't have colour/size variants. If you need to sell different versions of the same product, create separate listings โ€” one per file.
05Delivery

What the customer sees

After a customer completes checkout for a digital product:

  1. A thank-you page appears with a Download now button
  2. An email receipt is sent with the same download link
  3. The link is unique per purchase โ€” it can't be shared (each click is tracked)
  4. If the download limit is reached or the link expires, the customer sees a message to contact you
06Mixed

Selling physical and digital together

Your storefront can list both physical (print-on-demand) and digital products side by side. Customers can mix them in a single cart:

  • Physical items โ†’ routed to Print Network for fulfilment, standard delivery times
  • Digital items โ†’ instant download link after payment, no shipping

The checkout page shows separate delivery info for each type. Shipping costs apply only to physical items.
