Who can access Shop Manager?
Shop Manager requires one of:
- Admin or Staff account tier
- Shop Manager invite code redeemed during onboarding
- app_access = "shop_manager" or "all" on your profile
If you don't have access, you'll be redirected to the app selector.
Interface differences
Shop Manager has a navy sidebar (matching Create's chrome). The header shows "MeshX Shop Manager" and a staff-only banner: "Staff access only — create mockups, run listing bots, and process orders from here."

Dashboard cards
The Shop Manager Dashboard shows stat cards (Open Shops, Orders Today) and module cards linking to each tool. There's also a Gemini API Key section (same concept as Create — optional override for AI features) and a Sale expiry warning banner when shops have sales about to end.
Running multiple shops across platforms
Shop Manager is built for sellers who operate multiple shops on each marketplace — Etsy, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop. If you're interested in scaling to multiple storefronts per platform, MeshX can help orchestrate this.
