Scan all shop inboxes, view conversations, and reply to customers from one screen.

Shop Manager

Shop Manager is for printers and operators running multiple shops across Etsy, eBay, TikTok and Amazon — including running shops on behalf of clients. Apply for access →

01Scan

Scanning inboxes

  1. Set your IXBrowser port (default 53200).
  2. Filter profiles by tag (default: "selling").
  3. Click Scan — the system opens each shop profile, scrapes the inbox, and collects all conversations.
  4. Conversations appear in a list: shop name, customer, preview, timestamp, replied status.
02Thread

Viewing a conversation

Click any conversation to load the full message thread. Messages are shown in order with "customer" and "shop" labels.

03Reply

Replying

Type your reply in the text box at the bottom and click Send. The system opens the correct shop profile in IXBrowser and submits the reply through the marketplace's messaging interface.

04Filter

Filtering

  • Show replied toggle — hide/show conversations you've already responded to
  • Tag filter — only scan shops with a specific tag
