Print Network Sync

Sidebar → Print Sync.

Controls how your marketplace orders are automatically sent to the Print Network:

Auto-sync toggle — ON/OFF. When enabled, new marketplace orders are pulled automatically every N minutes.
Platforms to sync — toggle Etsy, eBay, TikTok on/off individually. Each shows "Last sync" timestamp.
Sync now — manually trigger an immediate sync of all enabled platforms.

Note

Auto-sync must be enabled before manual sync works. Orders synced to the Print Network are available for vetted printers to claim and fulfil on your behalf.

02Storage

Manage Storage

Sidebar → Manage Storage.

Review and delete old design jobs to free up storage space against your plan's cap. Shows total storage used and lets you bulk-delete completed jobs you no longer need.

My Account

Sidebar → My Account.

View and manage your profile, subscription plan, billing, and connected marketplace accounts. Upgrade or downgrade your plan here.
