Generate print files, set your output preferences, and advance orders through the fulfilment pipeline.

01Preferences

File output preferences

On your first visit, a Printer Preferences Setup Card appears. Configure your preferred output formats for print files — PNG, TIFF, halftone variants, file naming conventions, etc. These preferences are saved to your account.

Click Preferences in the top-right at any time to change them.

02Generate

Generate All Files

Click the blue Generate All (N orders) button. The system produces:

Design PNGs/TIFFs — print-ready artwork for each order
Packing slips — what goes in each parcel
Postage labels — shipping labels
Pick lists — garments sorted by type/colour/size for efficient picking

A progress timer shows elapsed time. Generated files appear in a downloadable grid below.

03Status

Advancing order status

Each batch has a status progression button:

Current status	Button	Next status
Paid — Ready	Mark as Printing	Printing
Printing	Mark as Dispatched	Dispatched
Dispatched	Mark Complete	Complete

Important

You must Generate files first before you can Mark as Printing. The button is disabled until files are generated.
