What is the Catalogue?

The Catalogue is where your designs become listing-ready products. Each catalogue item combines:

• Your design + its mockup images
• A marketplace-optimised title and tags (AI-generated or manual)
• A description from your template
• A listing profile defining which garments, colours, sizes, and prices to offer
• Auto-generated SKUs for every size/colour combination

AI titles & tags

The Catalogue uses MeshX Mind (or your Gemini key) to auto-generate marketplace-optimised titles and tags from your design's prompt text and label.

• Titles are auto-cased in Title Case (with smart exceptions for articles and prepositions).
• Tags are comma-separated keywords optimised for marketplace search.
• You can edit any title or tag manually after generation.

Description templates

Create reusable Description Templates with placeholder variables. Set one as default and it auto-applies to every new catalogue item. You can create multiple templates and switch per-item.

Listing profiles

A Listing Profile defines which garments to sell and at what price. It includes:

• Garment types enabled (Adult T-shirt, Kids T-shirt, Tote Bag, etc.)
• Colours enabled per garment type
• Sizes enabled per garment type
• Listing price per garment type

When you assign a listing profile to a catalogue item, the system auto-generates every SKU combination (garment × size × colour) with the correct MeshX SKU format.

Auto-generated SKUs

Each catalogue item shows a SKU count — the total number of size/colour/garment variations. The SKUs follow the MeshX format:

These SKUs are what MeshX uses to match orders to products for fulfilment.

Listing image order

Each catalogue item has an image order — drag to reorder your mockup images and static images (size chart, colour chart). This order is used when pushing to marketplaces.

Catalogue item status

Items have a status: Draft → Ready → Listed. Only Ready items can be pushed to marketplaces via List Your Items.
